La Mescla est exigeante. Difficile à plonger, très délicate à photographier. Et pourtant, c’est l’une de mes grottes préférées en France. Son accès est géré par la FFS et, de ce fait, réglementé.

La Mescla is demanding. Difficult to dive and very challenging to photograph. And yet, it remains one of my favorite caves in France. Access is managed by the FFS and is therefore regulated.

Gourneyras 2026

Voici une première image de notre expédition à Gourneyras. Prise entre 400 et 500 mètres, dans des conditions magnifiques comme on en trouve souvent à cette période. C'est le résultat d’un vrai travail d’équipe. Merci à Frank Vasseur, Jérôme Hontarrede, Stephane Chemin et tous ceux qui ont participé. Gourneras est définitivement dans mon top 3 de mes grottes préférées en France. D’autres images arrivent bientôt.

Here’s a first image from our Gourneyras expedition. Taken between 400 and 500 meters, under beautiful conditions we often get around this time of year. This is the result of real teamwork. Thanks to Franck Vasseur, Jérôme Hontarrede, Stéphane Chemin, and everyone who helped out. Gourneras is definitely in my top 3 favorite caves in France. More images coming soon

A very rarely dived site, good friends, and favorable conditions are — and always will be — the perfect combination for unforgettable moments. These few days in the Lot were exceptional, as usual really :)
