Where’s the hallway?

We often see photos of beautiful period properties on Rightmove where the agents have completely neglected the opportunity to show off the entranceway.

Aside from the kerb appeal you get when you pull up outside a house, opening that front door is where a lot of buyers will make up their mind in seconds.

If the home you’re selling has beautiful tiles, an original door, a grand staircase or other quirks then be sure to show them off and tease people in the marketing material!
