Sometimes I think photographers forget just how important their work really is.
We’re so busy comparing ourselves, worrying about algorithms, buying new gear or chasing the next booking that we forget why we picked up a camera in the first place.
Every photograph you take becomes part of someone’s story.
One day, those images will be looked back on with laughter, tears, nostalgia and love.
They will remind people of faces they’ve lost, children who’ve grown up and moments that can never be recreated.
That is something truly special.
So if you’ve been doubting yourself lately, this is your reminder...
You’re not just someone with a camera.
