Nervous about booking a newborn session with a toddler in the family?

I know many parents are but please don’t worry, your child does not need to “behave” perfectly for beautiful photographs to happen.

Toddlers are naturally energetic, emotional, playful, and unpredictable. I fully expect sessions to include movement, snack breaks, cuddles, moments of shyness, and bursts of chaos - and I work with all of it.

Here’s what my client with an 8-week old and almost 3-year-old had to say about their photos:

“These are really amazing and we are so pleased with them! We were a bit stressed with the way the toddler was flying around, but you remained so calm and accommodating and managed to get really nice moments on photos when I thought that at times it may not have been possible.”

**Out of office!**

Just a quick post to say I’m now on holiday for a few weeks returning back to business in mid-August. I am checking my emails occasionally so if you have enquired about a photo shoot I will get back to you but might take a bit longer than usually.

This summer, I'm bringing back my special offer for outdoor family, maternity and couples' sunset sessions in South London. My sessions are super relaxed and all about spending quality time with your loved ones rather than stiff posing.

👉 Available on selected weekday evenings in August 2026
👉 Up to 1 hour session
👉 Sessions begin at 6.30pm
👉 Suitable for family and maternity sessions with children aged 4 months upwards - or without children if you're expecting your first baby or would like a session just for the two of you e.g. to celebrate an engagement or anniversary

Hello! 👋🏼 Thought I’d post a quick update while on the train home from today’s shoot.

My calendar for the summer is filling up fast. I can squeeze in a couple more weekday sessions into June - early July but after that I’ll be taking a break from shoots until mid-August.

My summer sunset sessions in South London parks will be running over the last 3 weeks of August and bookings for these will open in early June. Make sure you’re on my mailing list to be the first to hear once bookings open as I’m only able to offer five of these sessions this year.

Next week is half term and I’m heading off to Sussex coast for a few days which is why I felt like posting these photos today! Can’t wait for some beach time with my boys ☀️
