As I'm stuck indoors isolating whilst recovering from an operation, I'm making the most of the garden and whatever arrives in it.

Some snaps from today whilst sat relaxing amongst my lavender and verbena in the warm sunshine and fresh air.

Cloudy today bit still looks like summer in the garden.

Bees still about and definitely not the last rose of summer as more buds on the bushes and more new leaves.

No thorns on these hybrid tea roses.. just beautiful with an exquisite perfume I'm so glad I can still smell after my operation last week.

Though other nerves might be damaged as have lost feeling and numb from lower lip to chin since the operation that wasn't meant to require an incision there.

Quite a queue at times at Brewery Market on the other weekend.

After The Hornets set, popped in for a bit of shade and to refill our glasses and a cheeky second flavour sour.

Then headed back for more live music behind Eel Pie Records sponsored by . Loved the set from and then all the very special guests playing with The 60s All Stars including Paul Cox and

A great way to wrap up the weekend before going to hospital for surgery.. hence I'm late posting these.
