Most of the people I work with, don’t feel confident in front of me the camera. And that’s completely normal.

From there it’s about creating a space where things feel relaxed and not forced.

Two weeks of yoga and meditation in Kochi, Kerala. One week in Goa to follow. A photographer finally pausing long enough to really see.

The new year always gives me a little perspective. ✨

After a slower Christmas and time with my family, I came back feeling clearer and more honest about where I’d outgrown my old visuals.
I notice this with so many of my clients too.
It’s rarely a confidence or capability issue.
It’s simply that their images no longer reflect who they are now.

A gentle visibility reset to try:
Choose one photo of yourself that really feels like you.
Use it consistently for the next 30 days.
Consistency builds recognition.
Recognition builds trust.

This year, I’m focusing on helping businesses show up visually in a way that feels aligned, current, and true.

Here’s what most businesses miss about brand photos…

They focus on looking “professional”
but forget to show what makes them different.

People decide in seconds,
so your photos need to communicate who you are without explanation.

I notice it all the time:
Pretty visuals, zero clarity.
Great lighting, no story.
Smiles… but no sense of what it feels like to work with you.

Walk. Stretch. Shake out your shoulders listen to your favourite music.

It gets you out of your head and into your body and suddenly, your energy shifts.

Your smile softens. Your posture opens.

You start looking like you.
