The past few years, photography has taken me to places I once only dreamed of - international publications, exhibitions, collaborations with magazines, and the chance to work with people who continue to inspire me.
But sooner or later, almost every creative journey leads to the same question:
“What’s next?”
What do you do when the goals you dreamed about a few years ago have already become your reality? When doing the same thing no longer feels quite as exciting, but your next direction hasn’t fully revealed itself yet?
Knowing myself, choosing the safe option was never really an option.
So instead of slowing down, I decided to raise the stakes.
Today, I’m incredibly happy to share that I’ve officially become an Editor at Barbora Magazine 🤍
I truly believe Barbora came into my life at exactly the right moment - during a period of creative burnout, constant self-reflection, and endless questions about where to go next and how to make the most of everything I’ve learned. It has become a new chapter in my professional journey.
And if you’re wondering whether this means I’m leaving photography behind - the answer is absolutely not.
Photography will always be my greatest love. Portraits, maternity sessions, and editorial work are still where I find the deepest inspiration and purpose.
Photography taught me how to tell stories. Editing allows me not only to create my own but also to help other artists have their work seen, appreciated, and heard.
The deeper I grow into this role, the more I realize that this wasn’t a dramatic career change at all- it was simply the next natural step.
So yes… congratulations are welcome. 🤍
But here’s a little spoiler: this is far from the only professional change coming my way this year.
Something even bigger is already in the works ♥
