Latest work for an amazing Pauline M Coaching

I wanted to share an observation that has been very present lately. We spend most of our life preoccupied by our physical health and we tend to forget about our mental health.
We tend to forget that they are absolutely linked. We tend to brush our feelings under the carpet and display an all smiley face, glass half full attitude to life.
Showing vulnerability is OK. Sharing and talking about our ups and downs with close friends or family is OK. You will even witness that EVERYONE has struggles and there is comfort in this knowledge. Both physical and mental health require work, dedication and reflection.

We are HUMANS.

Mother’s Day 26th of May, Poland. While young my Mum used to work in nursery and was surrounded by kids who loved her dearly. ( as we did ! ) As for myself I didn’t trained to be nursery teacher but somehow while studying photography in London I end up working in nursery and as a nanny. While doing this I turned my camera on these cute little faces and photography become reality. Thank you Mum for your patience with me, thank you all understanding and your wise words. Love you always will 💕
