The Maldives

It’s a place that holds a huge space in my heart. The islands often get slotted into a stereotypical ‘honeymoon’ destination where some even wonder what you can do to pass the days by. My view is that they are one of the most magical places on earth!

The Maldives is the epitome of barefoot luxury. It offers some of the best marine life in the world, having given me the chance to dive with whale sharks, dolphins and mantas. Then there’s the most crystal clear waters and peaceful beaches that are undoubtedly perfect. I’ve been fortunate to see the Maldives in its raw form via a live aboard, visiting local islands and diving the Deep South. And we’ve also seen the other end of the spectrum with stunning five star resorts, enjoying the over water bungalow experience. Both are captivating!

Introducing the UK’s newest luxury wedding venue…

It was such a privilege to capture this stunning editorial ahead of Forcett Hall’s opening in August.

Karen, the stately home’s new owner is an international interior designer and property developer, therefore you can only imagine what’s in store for this venue. Having been lucky enough to see the mood boards and CGIs, I can’t wait to be back in a few months and for the official open day.
