Busy looking for a new studio.

If you know of somewhere that ideally (some things are flexible) is/has:
- 24hr access
- 200 - 500 sqft (18 - 45sqm)
- Just a space (4 walls, the ceiling and floor)
- High ceilings
- Not carpeted
- Phone / internet line
- No excessive noise / vibrations.
- Ideally in or near any of the postcodes: E4, E5, E8, E9, E10, E17, EN1, EN3, IG8, N4, N5, N7, N8, N9, N11, N13, N14, N15, N16, N17, N18, N19, N21, N22
