It’s already been over a week since Soccer Aid for UNICEF 2024!

Soccer Aid for UNICEF 2024 raised over £15 million for UNICEF's fundamental work helping children across the world grow up happy, healthy and able to play. I feel incredibly grateful to be involved in this wonderful campaign.

Back in October 2023, Micheal Ward shared some portraits to his Instagram story, shot by the talented Dan Hambury, for an article on Micheal's stage debut. I followed Dan on Instagram and the next day he posted a job opportunity, working as a behind-the-scenes photographer for a 'major national campaign' taking place early to mid 2024. The major campaign in question: Soccer Aid for UNICEF.

Fast forward to February 2024, I began working with the incredible Soccer Aid team. An opportunity that I truly feel has changed my life and shaped me as a photographer.

To add to this, just a few days before training week was about to commence, Micheal Ward was revealed as a team World XI player. Nothing had ever felt like such a full circle moment!

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, thank you. Thank you to Micheal for indirectly introducing me to Dan, and thank you to the entire Soccer Aid team for this incredible experience. I'll never forget it and the amazing people I've met along the way ❤️
