All the emotions on these beautiful faces! Feeling the day HARD. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Georgi & Harri flew from Melbourne to wed in the gorgeous little English village of Ditchling and they were absolute rays of light to be around. Flowers and utterly delicious pavlova were by the incredibly talent Mother of the Groom! 🍓🍓🍓

August was the month of the Micro! Sooo many perfectly paired-back, meaningful little civil ceremonies in my home city.

I've been on a mission to experiment more with my analogue work this season. Plenty of the results still to come and even bigger plans for 2027!

For now, this is darling Clare & Philip on a mix of 35mm, 6x6 120 medium format and Super 8 motion picture for their intimate Marylebone Old Town Hall nuptials. One camera from the 90s (that's vintage now apparently) and the other two over 50 years old! 🎞️🎥

September brings more travel across Europe for some absolute corkers ahead of a very busy Winter season back in London again after that!

Giddy with gratitude. I'm aware it's such a rare privilege to feel this much joy and satisfaction from making a living!!! This beautiful family invited me in with open arms as one of their own and I hope we stay in touch forever. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

A family self portrait taken by me with a vintage 6 meter long pneumatic shutter release cable on stunning large format film.

I took just one single shot as it was all time allowed for and it was a huge risk. One blink between the 5 of us, one little gust of wind, a camera setting slightly off or any issue with unloading or transporting this delicate individual sheet of 5x4 film across Europe in its light tight sleeve... and that would have been it. But it worked!

The vision I had for capturing this memory of our 10 year vow renewal was the main inspiration for my procuring my beautiful Chamonix camera in the first place and I'm absolutely over the moon with the result.

All the practice, research, education, mentoring, patience, perseverance and investment... it was all worth it for this frame. A true heirloom. My universe.
