Super excited - it is not just horse show photography I do ..... I have just been announced as a finalist for Landscape Photographer of the Year - one of the biggest Landscape Photography competitions. Approximately 17,000 entrants. Am in serious shock!!!!! Mine is the second black and white photo - the photo of tree branches. Please keep your fingers crossed for me ...... although I am incredibly pleased to have got this far even if I don't get any further.

For the first time in its history, the Landscape Photographer of the Year contest has released its shortlist, pending the final awards soon

Thurrock Riding Club events are not just about the competition but also about hanging out and enjoying time with family and friends.

Lovely weather and another great and welcoming show. Thank you to the organisers and competitors without whom it would not happen.

Thanks Mum for bringing me and looking after me.....

Yesterday was another lovely day Thurrock Riding Club show. The rain held off much to everyone's relief and everyone seemed to be having a great time.
