There’s few things I’ve found to be as good for the soul as taking long walks in the golden light of late afternoon with someone you know but haven’t spoken to in a long time. It’s always so interesting to see how much has changed, and how much hasn’t; comparing where you both were back then and how you are now. I find these walks intrigue me, as there’s often so many ways to relate to each other, and the bonds formed over such moments tend to grow and mature and get better even if the moments are rare and fleeting. Thank you for the lovely walk and interesting chat , still in my thoughts months later and thousands of miles away! 🪷✨

2022 was a true rollercoaster of ups and downs with many lessons learned, blessings from the universe well-received and hurdles overcome and thankfully now far away in the rearview mirror. Lots of firsts, everything from buying our first home to seeing my work displayed in non-digital out-of-home to my first shortlisting in a national photographic awards programme.

After the year we’ve just had, it’s safe to say that it can only be onward and upwards from here. I will try my best and be a lot more active in expressing myself and sharing more, both online and offline. Colossal hug and shoutout who made last year such a memorable and exciting time in my life; I’m grateful for all of you!

Now that we’re past 2020-too, I’m very much looking forward to a brand-spankin’ New Year full of refreshing perspectives, getting to know myself a little better, discovering joy and creativity, supporting and empowering communities, and of course, enjoying as much time as possible with my nearest and dearest. It’s going to be a good one; I can feel it in my bones! 🍾🎉🎊🌟💥
