San Valentin se aproxima y me hace reflexionar que una de las cosas que más he disfrutado de la fotografía ha sido crear self-portraits con mis hijos. 🥰

Porque me hacen parar, respirar y apreciar de verdad los momentos que vivo cada día con mis hijos. 🥰

La fotografía me ha enseñado a vivir más presente y a valorar la belleza de lo cotidiano.🥰

A convertir lo ordinario de cada día como una rutina, un abrazo, una tarde cualquiera en algo extraordinario. 🥰

Si eres una mamá ocupada, que siempre está detrás de la cámara y casi nunca aparece en las fotos, recuerda esto:

What are you grateful for today?

Maybe you’re feeling lighter because it’s Friday.
Or maybe every day feels the same right now, and you’re going through a difficult season.

Perhaps you’ve been scrolling through social media, comparing yourself to others and wondering why everyone else seems to be doing better while you feel stuck.

Here’s a gentle reminder:
What we see online are posts and pictures, not the whole story.

We don’t see people’s hearts and that’s where the real emotions live.

If you’re struggling, please don’t be afraid to reach out to someone you trust. There are so many people willing to listen and support, even if it doesn’t always feel that way.

Life becomes more meaningful when we help one another.
And it’s too short to suffer alone.

Recently, I created a self-portrait that reflects on the journey of motherhood, the immense responsibility we carry as parents and the realisation that the peace we seek is often found within ourselves. 💕

Today is my husband’s birthday, and I couldn’t feel more blessed! 🎉 Life truly is a miracle, and having the chance to celebrate another year together as a family is something I’m incredibly grateful for. We’re here, healthy, and united, and that’s worth celebrating every single day! 🙏🏼✨ Thank you, God, for this precious gift of life.
