It’s been a while, London’s gone out of style, for now. Maybe I should be more mobile, or get a new hairstyle. Thinking what else to say, wish you all a happy new year ✨🥂

If all goes as planned 😅🤞

This is a good case scenario and while we can’t predict the future, we can eliminate (or reduce to minimum) harmful additions - not only drugs, ci******es & alcohol, but using foundations and facial cleansers. I never use any of that crap. It’s pointless putting a layer of harsh chemicals to conceal the symptomps. Deal with the problem.
Also, washing your face, as your mother told you...
The natural oil our bodies produce is good for the skin, and provides a first defense barrier for the external factors.

Your skin is the mirror of how well you treat your body, eating well is one part of it.
Over the past 20 years, I developed a habit of reading the packaging of food products and if I see something in the ingredients that I don’t like (like preservetives, artificial stuff, etc.) I put the item back on the shelf, feeling disgusted. But then I often eat out, obviously not knowing what the hell is going in the products they use to make my meal. So what’s the solution? Cook more often, prep meals for the busy days. Your body, mind and lifestyle (you, as a whole package) is an outcome of your own choices.

Awareness, perseverance, consistency.

What is that little tweak you are going to do today to increase the quality of yourself?

Yo! How have you been in the last couple of months? Did you wonder if I died? Well, not just yet 👀 .
I’ve been dealing with post-holiday blues and as they say, the longer the trip lasts, the more intense it is (so you get the idea) also, not the best weather to return to Europe, either..
Looking ahead though, the only way to beat the blues for me is to connect and to create..
So, who is up for shooting some wicked shots? I’m thinking of you all who want some fresh portraits, and those, who don’t 😋 we could just go find some dirty walls and urban grunge (which has no commercial value at all, nevertheless very therapeutic). Hit me up in a DM if you want to save me 🙋🏼‍♀️

San Francisco, I love you so much, I want to squeeze you, put you in my pocket and take you everywhere I go 😍

I can’t believe that I have reached the end of my 18-month-travel (around South & Central America) 🙈😭 I am feeling both sad and excited counting down the last 24 hours. I’m aware I have been living many people’s dreams of quitting a job and go travelling, and it has certainly been the best move (and best time) of my life. While I’m sad that my big travels are over for 2019, I’m also super-excited to see my family (and friends:)

Also, I was thinking some of you might want to learn more about my travel experience and if so, please leave a comment down here so I get an idea of how many people would download a pdf (brief ebook) summary of my travels - or who is curious to know how I made it all happen?! 🙌 If I get enough YES, I will start writing it ~ as soon as my flight takes off tomorrow ✈️ 🙆‍♀️

The Mola, or Molas, is a hand-made textile that forms part of the traditional women's clothing of the Kuna (aka Guna) people.

Thanks for this lovely lady who sold her mola for $10 (what a bargain, me and my friend couldn’t belive!) and allowed me to take her photo; her portrait and art is now spreading words internationally. @ Panama City, Panama

Found in old town Mazatlán, Mexico (about a week ago). This could be a perfect shot without the advert on the electric box (to photoshop, or not to photoshop, that is the question) 😅

It’s still very pretty, even though
