late last year I had the privilege to meet Laura Horvath and capture a small chapter of her incredible story. Now on the way to the 2021 CrossFit games this film details her commitment and dedication to her craft. It represents a unique time in history when individual achievements, hard work and discipline went with little outside recognition and few platforms to demonstrate worth. It was a time to put in the work and reap the benefits on a later day. Laura's journey through these times is the centre of this story and her recent achievements show just how import that hard work was.

This shot took me the best part of an hour to capture. What do you think of the results?

Visiting this location recently meant the Mosque was mostly empty. The more the sunset, the more reflective the floor became. It wasn't my expectation to get a shot like this because the place was so empty. Then one of the staff slowly passed through and bang! The shot came to life.
