14 years ago today, London opened its doors to the world and turned on all the lights.

In my opinion it was one of the most exciting moments in London's living memory. Where were you?

A few days later I opened my first London from the Rooftops photography exhibition and to my surprise, the Olympic related photos outsold everything else. It made me realise how important connection is to art sales. This was our moment ❤️

To mark the anniversary, I've made these images available again as prints in A Size. DM to enquire ❤️

Barbican: June 2012

I remember all my 2012 shoots well. London was counting down to the Olympics and I was busy preparing for my first ever London from the Rooftops exhibition.

I visited a lot of rooftops and balconies in that time. The spirit of the moment was very open with the world's eyes about to focus on London.

This was a Friday night and you can see the que beginning to build round the corner at Fabric 🤓
