Photography offer alert!! 📸 🔔 (pls share).

For the first time ever I’m giving away completely free 1 hour “golden hour” photoshoots in the month of July only!
The shoot will be completely free, all you pay for are any images you’d like to keep at the end (as many or as little as you like 😊) which I’ll then edit for you and send in both colour and bnw.

It is SO great to have professional photos of your child. Especially if you love stationary like me! You can then make outrageously pretty thank you cards and so much more! (See photos).

I will be focussing on the “golden hour” for stunningly lit shots in nature near where I live in Richmond. And the perfect time for a fun burn off with your child or toddler before their bedtime, or whenever suits you. Double win!

My shoots are super fun and result in captivating, unposed images you can give to grandparents, hang in your home or (as pictured) make beautiful stationary to send to friends and fam across the globe.

One of my favourite things about my job is seeing the people I take headshots for doing SO well. 🔥 I’m absolutely blown away by ‘LANDSCAPERS’, on Skytv and HBO, (have you seen it)?!
And Dipo Ola is stunning in the role playing Olivia Coleman’s character’s lawyer.
Such a nuanced, sensitive performance in an exceptional and spellbinding tv series. The Oxford School of Drama

Just incase it wasn’t common knowledge I also do business headshots and portraits for and/or websites or publicity shots you may need. Here are a few examples.
It’s really important to get a solid image for these purposes, one that says “professional but approachable”, however I think a lot of business headshots can look really “corporate” and staid. I like to think my style is more modern and natural and the final outcome is more authentic.
My shoots are easy, convenient and fun and you’ll come away with photos that look like the best version of you within 0-3 days of your shoot.
I’ve worked with some big corporations like WGSN (the world trend forecasting company) and Blakes London, to name a few.

‘In studio with Violet Astor', Portraits 📷

It was SUCH a pleasure to spend a couple of mornings photographing Violet in her gorgeous studio above a barn in Dorset, surrounded by rolling hills and long horned cattle.
I so enjoyed getting to watch her work and see her new one off piece slowly come to life!

This piece has been named ‘Oltome’ after the Maasai name for the magnificent elephant and is a one-off original piece of artwork for the African Wildlife Foundation.
🐘
Violet uses only natural and ethically sourced materials, making her own charcoal and drawing on paper recycled from coffee cups. She also donates a percentage of proceeds from sales straight to conservation.
