Trip is crowdsourcing for executive and associate producers to help with the biggest expense the film has faced yet. Licensing the 26 songs included in the film and to cover remaining post production costs.
Yes this is another crowdfunder, but with a difference, giving the fans of the music the opportunity to be a part of the film!
Why so late in the day you might ask?
Well up until this point it was important to me that I put as much of my own blood, sweat and tears (literally) into the film, to get it as close to the finish line as possible.
This project has above all been a truly DIY labour of love and although I am still working away on it day and night in these final weeks, the dedication and hard work of not only myself but the good few that have helped me get here, has almost paid off!
We have an excellent distributor and several UK screening dates confirmed for this November, as well as an online release date and further European festival dates being confirmed as I type.
I will be sharing more on all this with you next week when the press release goes out.
