The Visitant (2013) work series, aims to portray modern society. It is a photographic journey which documents a social experience through the use of the Couch Surfing website, a worldwide social network that connects travellers with locals disposed to offer hospitality and advice. It was founded in 2004 and is a great way for travellers and locals to culturally interact with each other.
It is an inspiring platform that transcends national boundaries; this work was developed in Britain and demonstrates the aptitude of humanity to adapt to the times and make use of social networking, which is so important to us all presently, to its full potential.
