I was on BBC6 Music today with Cerys Matthews (one of my favourite singers). It is an hour in. I hope you find it interesting and inspiring to cook Vietnamese. Its the sort of show I find fascinating when I cook. I discover so many interesting things on this radio show, therefore I am so proud and honoured to be asked to create something for it. I could CRY! yay!

I’ve not done a competition before. But I have to try and get you to pre order my book (if you haven’t done so already- thank you if you have) because I’m still one of those unknown writers out there, not on telly or anything and need all the preorders I can possibly get because they mean more stockists will stock it when it out: Basically it helps the book to do better otherwise it sinks into some kind of book black hole. I worked my heart off to make the best Vietnamese vegetarian recipes so that we can enjoy Vietnamese food and cutting down our meat intake at the same time.
