Ideas, creative drive, a desire to experiment and push boundaries, and the contradictions of controversy have always been his fundamental traits. Then, life experiences led him to confront various realities that he initially imagined as ideal. Then he realized the growing normality around him. So he traveled—often—meeting people from tiny villages, living with them, trying to understand their pers
pective. Then came the big cities: Italy, France, England, Germany, Spain, Greece, Switzerland…
He explored visual arts through photography, not as a tool to narrate but as a way to emit a visual sound that resonated within himself. Then came fashion, still life, the erupting Etna, events. Then, 20 years ago, fashion—by chance. He thought that perhaps he could say something without burdening anyone's pockets, with no intention of being absorbed by any group or renowned designer, but by exposing himself to the market and its sudden challenges. And so, a product was born: Sniff the Shirt, distributed across all top shops in Italy and throughout Europe, with a dedicated space at four La Rinascente stores in Italy: Rome, Milan, Padua, and Turin. But he didn’t stop there—he created a network of 19 multi-brand stores and a showroom in Milan, becoming a key figure in the industry. Then came the pandemic. The world stopped, and so did his path. The silence, the waiting, the imposed void led him to reflect. Serious personal events intertwined with the global crisis, pushing him to look inward and question what he truly wanted to be. A shift in direction, a U-turn. He decided to resume his studies, to graduate. A journey that wasn’t just academic but deeply personal. Today, he lives in London, where he earned his degree at UCA, and has embarked on a new chapter in his life. As they say at UCL, he embraced disruptive thinking. If he was once a designer, but above all, a businessman, today he wants to live freely and be purely creative. He no longer wants to deal with business but to create without constraints while traveling.
