Right then.

This June, I’m taking on a challenge: 100 push-ups a day, everyday, 3,000 push-ups. 30 days.

Why? Because cancer has impacted so many people’s lives—including mine.

I’m doing this to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, and every donation helps.

I’ll record it along the way & do some updates an tha, will try & not get all influencery with it.

Spent a long weekend in London to celebrate one year of sobriety.

Sensational banh mi, brodo, brains, bone marrow & broths.

Life is better now.

Home made dinners, charity shop digs, St lucian bakeries, Turkish breads, Ethiopian coffees, Dalston community garden, electric avenue & Brockwell park.

Heavy step count, slightly shamanic, Italian disco, Balearic bliss, tropical funk, Jalen ngonda in the sun, Swedish pop covers, En vogue. 💃🏻🛸☀️✈️
