🪣 ‘Time to shake my bucket’ 🪣

I’m asking you please to dig deep and help me support a cause (StrongMen) that’s very close to my heart. This charity has provided me and many others unconditional emotional support during desperate times.

Some very brave men are going to be climbing Kilimanjaro in October to raise much needed funds to help more bereaved. I along with several braver others will be climbing Mount Snowdon at the same time as support.

I also give my time freely every week to do man2man peer support.

Up the road from me, down a gothic passage of Camberwell Grove, is a little sanctuary from the craziness of Peckham Road called St Giles’ Churchyard. There grows a Sweet Chestnut tree that appears to embrace you. Apparently they can live up to 750 years.

As a bonus, the churchyard is haunted by a previous vicar whose daughter married the occultist Aleister Crowley against his wishes!
