This week’s Studio Sunday image comes from this year’s shoot with . 🩰

This is such a beautiful, simple image, and I absolutely love how the red dress stands out against the clean white backdrop.

Sometimes it’s the simplest images that have the biggest impact. The pose, the colour and the simplicity of the studio all come together perfectly.

How beautiful is this image of Sophie from her recent Dancer in the Woods photoshoot? 🌿📸

The light was absolutely beautiful, and Sophie and I worked together to create a really soft, elegant pose that complemented the light perfectly.

I love how gentle and natural this image feels. Sometimes the simplest poses create the most beautiful photographs. 🤍

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a family portrait session for some family friends. 📸🌿

I haven’t done many family shoots, but this one reminded me just how much I enjoy capturing these moments.

The whole session was filled with fun, laughter and genuine smiles, which made it an absolute pleasure to photograph such a wonderful family. ❤️

Another image from Sophie’s Dancer in the Woods shoot. 🌿📸

I had this image in my mind before the shoot, but it took a little moving around to get the right position.

I eventually moved behind a bush and decided to shoot through the leaves, creating this really beautiful woodland feel and adding a natural frame around Sophie.

I really like how this one turned out. 🤍

I absolutely love this photo of Sophie from her recent Dancer in the Woods photoshoot. 🌿✨

The light was so soft and beautiful during this part of the shoot, allowing me to capture some really stunning images like this one.

There’s something I love about the way the natural light, woodland setting and movement all come together to create these unique portraits. 🤍

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Sophie for a Dancer in the Woods shoot, and she was absolutely amazing. She was a complete natural in front of the camera and made my job so easy!

I always start my shoots with a set of portrait images. It gives the dancer a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, settle into the shoot and have a little warm-up before we start working on the bigger movement shots.

This is one of my favourite portraits from Sophie’s shoot. There’s something really simple and beautiful about this image, and I love how naturally she connects with the camera. 📸🌿

Studio Sunday 📸

It’s Studio Sunday and another chance for me to share some of my favourite studio images. 🩰

This one is from this year’s studio shoot with

I absolutely love the movement in this shot. There’s something about capturing a dancer mid-movement that brings so much energy and life to an image. The pose, the lines and the sense of motion all come together beautifully.

Studio photography is something I really enjoy, and I’m looking forward to sharing more of my favourites with you over the coming Sundays.
