For a long time, the city of Hong Kong has seen the rise of many well-known photographers, with works that are based on the streets of Hong Kong. What makes Hong Kong a hub for street photography? What is the attraction and appeal of the city's streets and alleys, allowing different photographers to create internationally renowned works?

With its vibrant street life and culture, as well as decades of rapid development, Hong Kong's cityscape is ever-changing, compelling its visitors to notice the old and new elements hidden within the city. Every mundane moment reveals countless possibilities of beauty, and every second is an opportunity for photographers to compose poetry with their apparatus.

In this joint exhibition of ‘The Streets of Hong Kong’, works of street photography from different periods and styles will be exhibited, from the inception of Hong Kong as a port to the present day, allowing visitors to explore different facets of street photography through various lenses.
