During the Maring Operation event, a musical and cultural charity organised to raise funds for the victims of the flooding in the Philippines was an inspiration brought by the goodwill and gesture of some of the renown Filipino organisers alongside ABS CBN. I was inspired by the hopeful faces, limitless energy and hard work that the organisers and event team put together to showcase some of the talented and up and coming and signed musical artists, music productions, painters, support from renown figures, sponsors and cultural organisers in the UK and Philippines. Selected photographs are being shown here to hopefully reminisce the event. Thanks everyone, and special thanks to Port Mallillin from Side Projects who asked me to photograph the event and to Carol Panday who effortlessly managed the smooth operation.
