How gorgeous does Sandstone Brook care home look in our film below? Congratulations to our filming team for making such a stunning film, and to Liberty Care Developments for building it! 👏

Sandstone Brook was built by Liberty Care Developments for Anavo, and opened last year. We filmed the finished home and it's spectacular facilities, showcasing the superb finish and excellent quality of the build.

The stunning care home is situated at the edge of the historical market town of Wrexham. It's facilities include 68 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, lovely sun terraces and landscaped gardens, a private dining facility, games room and boutique shop. All captured in glorious 4K detail by our filming team!

Look at the drone footage of Havant Care Home in Hampshire - doesn't progress look great? We shot this film back in February (sorry it's taken a while for us to round to sharing it!) and I'm sure even more progress has been made since then!

We visited the site with our drone at the start of the project to capture early works, and then again in midway through to capture progress so far (as you can see). I'm sure we'll be returning at the end to capture the completed project. Anavo always create beautiful care homes, which are always a pleasure to film.

We have worked with Anavo on a number of projects now, capturing construction with our time-lapse and drone services, and are proud to be continuing this relationship at Havant!

At Havant, Anavo are partnering with Feltham Construction and Elevation Advisors LLP to create a place where comfort meets innovation. The new Havant care home will have 78 bedrooms, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a design that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. It will feature solar panels, a green roof, and the latest in dementia design to provide the best environment for residents. We can't wait to see it!

Would you like to capture your PV Arrays (solar panels) and promote your use of green energy to the public? Our drone service is perfect for this!

In 2023, RG2 Maintenance and Construction completed a two-year energy efficiency initiative at the University of Westminster Harrow Campus. This focused on installing a solar thermal hot water system, combined with PV capabilities, and enhanced the energy efficiency of campus buildings. We were asked to film the completed arrays, as well as capturing internal footage of the new system. As you can see, the solar arrays look fantastic in the sunshine, and the internal facilities also looked spectacular.

RG2 Maintenance and Construction used the final film on their website - film remains a wonderful way to promote your business and showcase skills to potential new clients!

We are delighted to be able to share the film below, showing construction of Paddock SEND School in Tooting. We captured the build using our timelapse cameras, and then returned to the school upon completion to record film footage of the new facilities. It's a really fantastic film showcasing the excellent work of Willmott Dixon and Onwatch (UK) Ltd on the project. Ben Harvey MCIOB said "These [films] look fantastic! The drone footage is incredible – great work!", which is wonderful feedback - thank you Ben! 😊

We were contacted by Onwatch (UK) Ltd at the start of the construction, and installed a timelapse camera in March 2024. This took photos of the site every 3 minutes until project completion in June 2025, when we derigged the camera and edited the time-lapse film. We returned to the site in July to capture the drone and film footage of the new facilities, and our editor incorporated this extra detail to create the final film shown below.

The experienced education team at Willmott Dixon worked on the expansion of Paddock SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities) School for Wandsworth Borough Council, providing more children with specialised school spaces closer to home. The project was designed with accessibility and learning at its heart and supports Wandsworth Borough Council’s long-term investment in specialist education. Once completed, it saw Paddock’s secondary-aged students move from their old premise in Roehampton- of which they had outgrown, to the new purpose-built, net zero school on Broadwater Road, Tooting.

BREEAM Outstanding accreditation (pending accreditation) was a driving force for both Willmott Dixon and Wandsworth Borough Council during this project, as such the school has been designed to be Net-Zero in Operation, completely relieving its dependence on fossil fuels.

The project was managed by Gardiner & Theobald LLP and designed by architects Arcadis.

We look forward to working with Onwatch and Willmott Dixon again in the future!

It's International Tea Day today! Here at Regenology Ltd. we love a good brew, so today we are taking 5 minutes to relax and enjoy a cuppa before heading out to install some timelapse cameras and complete some drone filming! Happy International Tea Day everyone! 🍵
