When Humming Bird Motors wanted an interesting and entertaining way to capture the opening of their new Kia car showroom, they invited Regenology Ltd. to document the event. The team used several short term time-lapse cameras as well as additional filming to record both the setup of the event and the party itself. It was a great do, and the final film captures it perfectly!

Time-lapse is brilliant for Care Home Construction projects!

We've captured a few care home construction projects over the years, and the film is a good example of this. Sandstone Brook was built by Liberty Care Developments for Anavo, and opened last year. We captured construction using our time-lapse cameras, showing the build process from start to finish and showcasing the wonderful work of Liberty Care Developments. Then our filming team visited to capture the facilities in detail, showcasing what makes this Anavo care home so special. Congratulations everyone involved! 👏

The stunning Sandstone Brook care home is situated at the edge of the historical market town of Wrexham. It's facilities include 68 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, lovely sun terraces and landscaped gardens, a private dining facility, games room and boutique shop. All captured in glorious 4K detail by our filming team!

Have you considered using our drone service to capture work on your project?

On the Havant Care Home project, we haven't used time-lapse at all - we've used our drone! We first visited the site in May 2025 as work was kicking off, and then again in January this year, when it was about halfway through. The films are a great way to show what is happening and how much progress is being made. They have been used to promote the project on social media, highlighting the ongoing work and generating excitement for the future plans.

⛳ The Open Championship is arguably the most prestigious on the golfing calendar, and it's on again right now! Are you watching? 👀

🏌‍♀️ The Open is viewed by millions of people every year, something that would not be possible without the large team working hard in the ‘Broadcast Compound’. From there all of the action from the tournament is to broadcast into our homes and onto our TV’s. Back in 2015, we were asked to recorded the compound with time-lapse!

Our time-lapse film below shows how the ‘Broadcast Compound’ was constructed and used over the tournament week. It was wonderful to be part of such a special event!

We're sharing another demolition time-lapse today!

Back in 2024, B&B Industrial Dismantling Limited completed the controlled demolition and dismantling of Stanhope Road Bridge in London. We were there on the day that the bridge came down, to capture the works using our short term time-lapse, filming and drone services!

B&B was founded in 1984 and has remained a family based company since then, providing a personal service, delivered to a high standard. They specialise in demolition and dismantling of structures in a multitude of industries ranging from power generation to domestic housing. It was a joy to watch them work, and see how the carefully managed operation to remove the 150 year old bridge was completed.

The demolition was part of a major project to replace the 150-year-old Stanhope Road bridge. The bridge is part of Parkland Walk, a 4.5m cycle and pedestrian route connecting Finsbury Park and Muswell Hill, and the capital’s longest local nature reserve. It required replacing to guarantee a 120-year lifespan.

Following co-production exercise with support from local young people, the best design option for the new bridge was chosen. This design aims to to complement the natural surroundings of the Parkland Walk, ensuring the bridge integrates with the natural environment. The ecological benefits to the immediate area include a biodiversity uplift of 13 per cent, and the council will plant 10 news trees in local streets to replace any lost as part of the project.

Demolition and Construction Combined - and all captured by time-lapse!

Following our earlier post about how time-lapse can work really well for demolition, we thought we'd share our film of the Wigmore Street project.

This project for the The Howard de Walden Estate involved the demolition of the existing building, followed by the construction of a stunning new office block in it's place.

This was a challenging site due to it’s Central London location, and it's tightness! However, after carrying out a site survey with the client, our engineers were able to advise on the ideal location for the camera, which was then placed on a neighbouring residential building, meaning it was able to remain in the same location for the whole duration of the demolition and subsequent construction.

Time-lapse for Demolition Projects!

Our time-lapse cameras are ideal for demolition projects, and our vast experience of these make us the ideal choice for your project.

We have worked with many demolition companies over the past 15 years and produced a large number of time-lapse films for them and their clients. These have ranged from small projects lasting just a week to huge technical projects like the Battersea gas holders demolition lasting several years.

Below is a time-lapse film showing the demolition of the Northern Area of Bracknell, in preparation for the regeneration of the town centre. We used a single time-lapse camera to capture work across the entire site, and watched as the work progressed and the buildings came down.

We are proud to be able to share the following film, showing the completed Paddock SEND School in Tooting. Our filming team visited the site and captured the done and film footage of this spectacular new school for Willmott Dixon and Onwatch (UK) Ltd last summer, just before the school opened to students. Our editors then edited this footage into the film you can see below. The final film showcases the excellent work of Willmott Dixon and Onwatch, and captures the stunning new facilities in fabulous detail.

The summer is the time for flower shows, and this month there are loads to choose from, including the new Royal Horticultural Society Badminton Flower Show next week! 🌷 🥀 🌻

At Regenology Ltd. we love a good flower show, and a few years ago we had the pleasure of visiting the Royal Horticultural Society Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival and witnessing the magic of the world's largest annual flower show!

Ocean Spray Cranberries had asked us to capture the creation of their floating cranberry exhibit at the show! We recorded the work involved in the creation of the display, and completed the film with footage from the show itself, and the visitors there. It was a fantastic project to be involved in, definitely something different for all of us!

Work at Elderflower Grange in Erdington, Birmingham recently finished - and it was all captured by our time-lapse cameras, and filming teams!

Elderflower Grange is a high-quality, purpose-built 77-bed care home located on Orphanage Road in Erdington, Birmingham. It is now open and accepting new residents. The new home has been delivered by Liberty Care Developments, who contacted us at the start of the project to capture the work as it progressed. You can see our time-lapse film of the work below.

At the end of the project, our filming team visited the site to capture all of the glorious details in stunning 4K, and then we added this footage to the end of the film to showcase the beautiful end result of all those months of construction work!



Developed in partnership with Care UK, the three-storey scheme has been designed to provide exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care within a modern, community-focused environment. The development features premium resident amenities including a café, cinema, hair and beauty salon, landscaped gardens and dedicated communal spaces, creating a vibrant and welcoming setting for residents, families and staff.

The new home looks wonderful! Well done to everyone involved!
