My fascination with photography started in my teens when I discovered my father’s old film camera. Memories in a frame were initially a form of sharing my adventures with family and closest friends. Being able to freeze a moment in time, record life stories, arouse curiosity and emotion is the fascination that draws me to the medium. I began experimenting with portrait photography over three years ago, utterly fascinated by the beginning of new life among my friends who were expecting babies. Since I became a mother myself, I keep capturing the finest and most joyful moments of my daughter's life. My photography aims to preserve your memorable moments, to record your way of showing your emotions, feelings & love. Because this cute little rabbit is my daughter's constant companion and best friend. Anna Resner

Well… this was a nice surprise!

I don’t usually enter photography competitions, but posts about the Redbridge Photography Competition kept popping up on my feed so often that eventually I thought… okay, I’ll give it a go! 😄

I entered a photograph of my neighbour’s dog, Rheya.

And… she won! 🏆
Redbridge Pets 2026!

The award ceremony took place last week. A huge thank you to Redbridge Council and The Mayor, Cllr Bert Jones for the award and for organising such a wonderful competition. It was an absolute pleasure to see so many talented photographers and such a fantastic collection of images.

Congratulations to all the winners and everyone shortlisted. There were so many stunning photographs — it was a real honour to be part of it. 🤍

Sometimes all you need is a change of scenery, good company, and a long walk in nature.

Hiking the iconic Seven Sisters — endless white cliffs, blue sea, green hills and views that made every step worth it. The coastal trails around Seven Sisters are part of the South Downs landscape and are perfect for a proper nature walk.

As parents, we spend so much time taking care of our children — but we also need to remember to capture their memories. The cuddles, the laughter, the little smiles, the way they hold your hand… these are the moments your children will one day look back on.
