Despite my eldest preparing for her upcoming GCSEs, we packed up the car and escaped the Easter crowds in London for the quiet Devon coast.

It’s been a mix of sun, rain, clouds and heavy winds at times but we’re making the most of it and enjoying some beach walks, fresh fish and seafood and a work/study/movie marathon day at our spacious home away from home.

I’ve loved seeing all the yellow gorse hedging along the coast and after promises of ice creams, the kids appeased me with a few photos.

Not much of me on the grid so thought I’d best show my face and say hello.

I’m Tricia. I’ve been photographing families in and around South London and businesses (see .co.uk) for more than 10 years.

I know that not everyone likes being in front of the camera (including me!) but rest assured that my relaxed and friendly approach puts clients at ease and helps to make it an enjoyable experience.

There’s never a better time than now to capture these moments with your family. Most of us only have 18 summers with our children before they are off doing their own thing.

The last few years have taught us to appreciate what we have and sharing these memories with loved ones near and far is priceless.
