I cannot remember a hotter summer in London. Several days of 35+ degrees, and weeks over 30 degrees. Drought.

I was also saddened to see how dry the weather has been in certain parts of Norway. When I went hiking 90% of the small rivers where completely dried up, and the swamps and wetlands (vital to local wildlife) where similarly dried up.

The local drinking water reserve was way over 1m lower than normal. This revealed 20-30 meters of the bottom of the lake, and any litter that may have been hidden away for decades. Discarded food cans with vintage designs, and a lot of old coke bottles!

The pattern in the previously muddy bottom now looked like a dried up desert drinking hole. I found the patterns fascinating.

I CANNOT deal with how good this girl is in front of the camera. Absolutely LOVED shooting 𝒦𝒾𝓇𝓈𝓉𝓎 𝒥 𝒞𝓊𝓇𝓉𝒾𝓈 I have so many favourite pictures, it was hard to choose a favourite. I honestly get on such a high after such a shoot. I have actually worked with Kirsty before; she helped me bring to life a vision I had for a painting (that was finished earlier this year!).
