A few days ago I had the privilege of photographing a wedding morning in Cyprus, and it still feels like a dream.

A quiet villa overlooking the sea. Soft morning light. The calm surface of the pool reflecting the sky like glass.

The bride was getting ready in a delicate silk robe, moving slowly through the room filled with warmth and anticipation. Everything felt tender, almost weightless.

Her veil and dress waited nearby simple, elegant, full of grace. And when she finally stepped into them, the whole space seemed to soften even more.

An incredibly beautiful Ukrainian bride, glowing in that effortless, natural way that can’t be staged.

There was laughter, quiet pauses, little moments of stillness before everything began.

Just her, the sea, and the beginning of a new chapter.

I thought I came to Chelsea to photograph flowers.
Turns out, I walked straight into outer space.

Chelsea in Bloom 2026 is officially live, and this year’s theme is “Out of This World”.
And yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like.

Floral galaxies. UFOs made of petals. Alien creatures hiding between luxury shopfronts. Rockets rising above the streets like something from a sci-fi film, but soft, colourful, and completely surreal.

It’s honestly one of the most photogenic weeks in London.

But here’s the truth: it’s also packed.
Not just busy… crowded. Every corner has people stopping, filming, posing, waiting for the perfect shot. If you’re planning to visit, go early, or be ready to fight for your angles.

Still, the atmosphere is unreal. Chelsea feels like a movie set right now.

📍 Chelsea in Bloom 2026
Dates: 18–24 May 2026
Location: Chelsea, London

Best locations to see the “space theme” installations this year:

Sloane Square
One of the main hubs, big statement displays, strong “wow” factor.

Pavilion Road
This is where the UFO vibe really hits. Some of the most creative installations are here.

Duke of York Square
Space-inspired set-ups with a clean background, perfect for photos and portraits.

Sloane Street
Luxury meets fantasy. Expect dramatic floral sculptures and cosmic details.

King’s Road
The classic Chelsea in Bloom walk. Multiple installations along the street, very lively, very photogenic.

Cadogan Estates streets (around Chelsea)
Smaller hidden displays, sometimes the best ones if you want less chaos and better shots.

If you’re a photographer, you’ll love it.
If you hate crowds, you’ll struggle.
But if you want that once-a-year London magic, this is the week.

And yes, it really does feel like Chelsea has been taken over by flowers… and aliens.

Save this if you’re visiting.

Chelsea in Bloom 2026 is officially open, and as someone who’s been photographing this week in Chelsea for the last five years, I can honestly say it never gets old.

Every year the area turns into London’s most beautiful outdoor flower gallery. Streets, shopfronts and hotels are transformed with massive floral installations, and the whole neighbourhood feels like a living set design. It’s the perfect mix of fashion, art, spring colour and classic Chelsea elegance.

This year’s Chelsea in Bloom 2026 theme is “Out of This World”, and it’s set to be one of the most creative editions yet. Expect bold, surreal floral installations inspired by space, galaxies, planets, constellations, and cosmic fantasy, with shopfronts and streets across Chelsea transformed into dramatic, otherworldly displays.
It launched today and it will be running all week, so you’ve got time to visit. Just be prepared, it gets busy, especially in the afternoons and around the main hotspots.

If you’re coming to shoot content or just want the best walk, don’t miss these streets in Chelsea:

* King’s Road
* Sloane Square
* Sloane Street
* Pavilion Road
* Duke of York Square
* Chelsea Green
* Fulham Road
* Royal Avenue
* Sydney Street
* Cale Street

If you’re in London this week, Chelsea in Bloom is a must. Go early for cleaner shots, softer light, and fewer crowds.

Sometimes places don’t feel new. They feel remembered.

Gunnersbury Park holds a century of shared beauty. A former royal estate where Princess Amelia lived in the 18th century, later shaped by generations who cared for its quiet elegance.

White columns, blooming wisteria, reflections on the water. Everything here feels like a scene already stored in memory.

In 1926 the gates opened to the public, and for 100 years this place has belonged to everyone. Not through silence, but through shared beauty and everyday moments.

I look for stories in light, architecture, and places that feel timeless.

If you believe places can hold memory, this one does.

Recently I attended a women’s event organized by and it was such a great experience.

And of course, when women get together, it never goes without photos and videos. So we decided to organize a small challenge for ourselves: to film six girls, with only 5–6 minutes for each one. Everything was fast, spontaneous, and required us to adapt quickly.

I truly love women. I admire how quickly we can pull ourselves together, show up, and express ourselves in completely different conditions. The energy, confidence, and presence we bring is something special.

I live quite close to Chiswick House and Gardens, and it has quietly become one of my favourite places in London.

Over the years, I’ve come here in every season. Spring feels like the gardens are waking up, summer is full of soft light and long walks, autumn turns the paths into warm golden colours, and winter makes everything feel peaceful and almost cinematic. I never get tired of it.

What I love most is not just the house itself, but the atmosphere of the entire estate. The statues, the river, the lake, the long paths, and the hidden corners always feel different depending on the light.

One of my favourite details are the small viewing frames scattered around the park. They make you stop and look at the scenery as if it’s already a painting. And so often, I see artists sitting nearby with sketchbooks and easels, capturing the same views in their own way.

I was genuinely surprised when I started learning its history. Chiswick House was created in the early 18th century by Richard Boyle, the 3rd Earl of Burlington, who was passionate about classical art and architecture. Inspired by Italy, he designed it as a villa for culture and creativity, a place to host thinkers, artists, and influential guests. The gardens were later shaped with the help of William Kent, becoming one of the earliest examples of the English landscape garden style.

And what fascinated me even more is that this place has also found its way onto the screen. Chiswick House appeared in Bridgerton Season 3, Episode 6, which feels so fitting because it already looks like a film set.

Every time I photograph here, whether it’s a wedding or a family session, it feels like I am adding a small moment to something much bigger than me

A Ukrainian couple’s civil ceremony at Chelsea Town Hall is always such a beautiful moment to photograph.

As a photographer London, I love capturing intimate weddings and registry office ceremonies in the heart of the city. Chelsea Town Hall has a timeless atmosphere, elegant architecture, and the perfect light for natural, emotional wedding photography.

During a civil ceremony, every detail matters. The nervous smiles, happy tears, soft hand touches, and that quiet feeling of love in the room. These moments are real and honest, and they deserve to be documented in a way that feels authentic.

If you are looking for a London photographer for your wedding ceremony, elopement, or registry office wedding, Chelsea Town Hall is an incredible location for modern, romantic photos with a classic London vibe.

Capturing love stories like this is exactly what I do. Natural emotions, warm tones, and timeless memories in every frame.

Psychologists won’t tell you this, but apparently it’s true.

I recently came across a wedding theory and honestly, as a wedding photographer in London, I can’t stop thinking about it.

They say the way a man puts the ring on your finger is exactly how he’ll be as a husband.

Theory 1. If he puts it on slowly and carefully
He is the Caring Husband. The type who will look after you, notice the little things, and always make sure you’re okay.

Theory 2. If he tries to do it quickly and looks slightly stressed
He is the Panic Husband. Sweet, emotional, a little chaotic, and the one who will ask “Are you mad at me?” twenty times a day.

Theory 3. If he smiles like he’s in a movie while doing it
He is the Confident Husband. Calm, secure, and fully sure about his choice.

Theory 4. If he drops the ring
He is the Chaos Husband. Life will be fun, unpredictable, and full of stories.

Theory 5. If he checks the ring first to make sure it’s the right one
He is the Responsible Husband. The planner, the organiser, the “let me double-check everything” guy.

Theory 6. If he gets emotional before the ring even touches your finger
He is the Soft Husband. He is going to cry at random moments, and honestly, that says a lot.

Theory 7. If he struggles to get it on and starts sweating
He is the We’ll Figure It Out Husband. Determined, loyal, and the one who will never give up.

Now I’m curious. Do you think this is actually true? Which type was your husband or fiancé?

And if you didn’t know, I actually have a degree in psychology, so I definitely have my own opinion on this. I’ll share it with you in the comments.

I truly value it when families come back for another photoshoot.

There is something deeply special about seeing you again years later, not as strangers in front of my camera, but as people whose story I already know. Every time we meet, I realise how quickly life moves.

Children grow so fast. One moment they are tiny, holding your hand, and the next they are running ahead, laughing louder, becoming their own little people. And I get to witness that, not from a distance, but through my lens, right beside you.

This session in Gunnersbury Park, one of my favourite parks in London, felt incredibly warm and peaceful. The soft light, the quiet paths, the trees, the open space… everything around us was changing with the season, but your family felt constant. Steady. Full of love.

, thank you for trusting me again. Thank you for coming back.

Because when you return, it’s never just another shoot for me. It’s a reminder that time is passing, but the most important thing stays the same. The way you love each other.

And that is what I want to keep for you in photographs.
