Keith Richards next to Blue Lena, 1966 — Limited Edition Print

Keith Richards of The Rolling Stones photographed next to his new Bentley in West Sussex, 1966. Gered recalled "In the summer of 1966, I shot a series of 'At Home' photos with each of the Rolling Stones. This photo of Keith Richards was shot at his house 'Redlands' and he had just bought this beautiful Bentley which he names Blue Lena after the great singer Lena Horne!

Happy Birthday Toyah, hope you have a great day!

After appearing in the films Jubilee in 1977 and Quadrophenia two years later, Toyah began her musical career and she hit the Top 10 in 1981 with the EP ‘Four From Toyah’, which featured the track ‘It’s A Mystery’. Two more Top 10 singles followed in the same year alongside her Number 2 hit album Anthem as the Birmingham-born performer continued to combine her singing and acting careers. In addition to teaming up with her husband Robert Fripp - founder of King Crimson - she also notched up a further seven hit albums while starring in productions of Trafford Tanzi and Cabaret.

I loved Toyah’s weird theatricality and always enjoyed working with her. She worked very hard to get the image as she wanted and together with art director Bill Smith I thought we made a great team.
