The battles you smile through in public.
The ones nobody even knows are happening.
The ones keeping you up at 2am.
I pray those are the ones you win.
God’s got you. Even in the silence.

Some people find their calling once and run with it.

Others fight it for years. Choose the wrong jobs, the wrong paths, the wrong version of themselves, until one day the thing they kept running from is the only thing left standing.

If it keeps finding you, stop running.

I still think about that afternoon often.

in the chase car, .yh driving the i8, and me hanging out of a car window with my a7siii and the gimbal chasing a shot I could feel before I could see it. No budget. No brief. Just belief and a piece of audio from that had been living in my head for weeks prior to this shoot.

gave me the chance and I gave it everything I had.

That spec ad opened a door I’d been knocking on for years. and offered me a dream job that taught me more than I can put into words, and reminded me every single day why I chose this path.

A huge part of why that year will be one of the most memorable for me was because of .tejb and 🙏🏼

Grateful doesn’t cover it. But it’s a start.

Ever had a streak of great luck or a poor performance, only for things to eventually return to normal? That’s Regression to the Mean—the statistical phenomenon where extreme outcomes (good or bad) are often followed by more average results.

🔹 Exceptional performance? Likely to be followed by a more typical one.
🔹 Bad luck? Odds are, things will improve over time.

In business, investing, and even personal achievements, expecting consistency after a high or low can help you avoid unrealistic expectations. How do you handle the highs and lows? 📊
