You’ve tried taking a picture of your kids yourself (see 2nd photo) and after decided to pay someone to do it for you. So here’s How to choose the right Photographer? ⚠️READ BEFORE INVESTING⚠️

I’ve often heard from my clients:

“I booked this photographer…but couldn’t photograph my baby because (s)he was awake or too old” (what?!)
or
“This photographer let me down last minute & cancelled my session” (strange?!)

Guess what? I’m a photographer and I could not imagine doing it to my clients!! That’s unprofessional!

I believe that a Skilled Baby Photographers should be able to photograph their clients asleep or awake and 2, 5 or 12 weeks of age.

But perhaps there are photographers who clearly state that they photograph only max 2 week old asleep newborns (and your baby is older). In that case, you should NOT be booking with them.

✅Let’s QUALIFY THAT PHOTOGRAPHER FOR YOU✅
before booking a photoshoot.

SAVE this post & ASK yourself:

- do they photograph my baby’s age group?
- are they an expert / specialist in that niche?
- are they a full time Pro?
- are they insured?
- do they spend time getting to know your needs?
- do they have a social proof - website / Instagram / FB?
- do they have good REVIEWS? (they’re going to handle your baby after all)
- are they well established?
- can they deliver value & quality?
- do they offer products & consultation
- does their work match your taste and style of your home?
- can you imagine their images hanging on your living room wall?

These gateway questions will give you a straight ➡️ towards the next step.

Your sister, your neighbour, your daughter, your friend....anyone could mention to you that their baby's movements don't feel quite right. Please do not say "oh that happened to me but everything was fine", please guide them to call their Maternity Unit for some advice. Reassure them that Maternity Units are open 24/7, even over the weekend. You could save a life 📞

▫️either their kids are very young and super active between ages 1-4yrs

FAQ: How do I book a newborn session since you never know the exact date my baby is born?

ANSWER: First of all congratulations on your baby! So I first make a provisional booking and add your due date to my calendar now, and when your little baba arrives, we agree on a definite date within 2 weeks after birth.

It's essential to book your newborn shoot in advance though as I limit the number of Newborn Sessions per month to allow this flexibility.

1st BIRTHDAYS are SO sweet! 💙 Some babies are shy or serious, some are giggly, some just sit and stare, while others crawl around, some are grumpy, some are silly, some don’t like sticky cakes while others stick their face right in the cake… 🎂 ( cakes are absolutely delicious 🤤)

I’ve met so many different babies that I always have a plan A, B or even C in mind to get every shot and have a successful shoot with happy both baby & parents ❤️❤️

Booking in advance is a must - Why?☀️ Babies are best photographed under 2 weeks of age & dates fill very fast as we take limited appointments and also other sessions from 6m+ Sitter Milestone Sessions up to 1st Birthday Cake Smash.

Spaces are limited per month - only £50 deposit required - dates can be rescheduled.
