Operations & Customer Service Assistant

We’re looking for an organised and reliable person to join our team at LensesForHire in Maidenhead.

📍 Maidenhead (fully on-site)
🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
💷 £21,000 - £22,000
📄 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent

The role includes:
•⁠ ⁠Customer service by phone and email
•⁠ ⁠Processing bookings and orders
•⁠ ⁠Preparing equipment
•⁠ ⁠Picking, packing and dispatching orders
•⁠ ⁠Organising returns and courier collections

Full training provided. An interest in photography or videography is a bonus, but not essential.

Benefits include:
✔️ No weekends
✔️ Pension scheme
✔️ 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
✔️ Usually 2 weeks off over Christmas
✔️ Free use of company equipment when available
