Clacton Airshow 2026, Red Arrows

It was great to see the Reds again last week even with there smaller fleet of 7.

Only my 2nd time seeing them live but their precision is always amazing to see.

Pudge and Thistle Sailing Barges also watching from the water so appear in a couple of the wider shots.

I didn't manage to capture anything as good as the tornado manoeuvre from last year which I've included at the end but a great display anyway.

Colne Congregation

Ricketts Lock

A historic navigation lock located on the Chelmer and Blackwater Navigation in Essex, near Langford and Maldon.

An early misty morning with a single swan heading downriver. This Lock and grass bridge is in between Beeleigh and Hoe Mill. Its remoteness makes it a great place for some quiet time with nature.
