F1’s on a break so we’re raiding the archive🏎️

Last summer we headed to the Williams Racing Factory to shoot a piece on racing simulators for Bloomberg. The interview was set in their showroom surrounded by decades of F1 history. Not a bad office for the day!

We were challenged by our client to produce a presentation scene for a new car design that was as visually stunning as the design itself. As part of a bigger project this was the final scene so needed to be big - so we took that literally!

Originally, the agency’s idea was to just present the design of the car on an iPad to the end client in an office based setting. Instead, we proposed using a gigantic screen in a warehouse style studio. We had the designer talk through the design of the car are the reasons for some of the intricacies.

Interspersed with VFX of the actual car design this created a striking image that the agency was over the moon with.
