An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to oversee and develop the company’s residential lettings portfolio in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day oversight of a diverse portfolio of rental properties, ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction, and landlord retention through proactive and professional management. Although homebased, the role will involve periodic property visits across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas and offers genuine progression potential within an ambitious and expanding company.
The role requires a confident professional with proven experience across all aspects of residential property management, including tenancy progression, compliance and certification oversight, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, deposit negotiations, and landlord and tenant liaison. A strong working knowledge of lettings legislation is essential. Applicants must hold a recognised ARLA Propertymark qualification and have prior experience managing a residential portfolio, together with the ability to work independently within a remote structure.
