The Creative Wedding Agency is an award-winning UK based studio that was founded in Manchester in 2014 by Jonathon Kay and Victoria Wignall. We are a happy couple with over 20 years of combined experience in photography, video production and

Not every wedding follows tradition, and that’s exactly why we loved this one.

A beautifully intimate city centre celebration in Leeds, starting with a heartfelt ceremony at Leeds Town Hall, followed by rooftop fizz with stunning views across the city, SkyLounge Leeds before guests gathered for an incredible Mediterranean feast Olive Tree Brasserie

Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from personalised wedding cocktails to table styling that looked as though it had stepped straight out of a luxury wedding lookbook. Elegant, modern and completely true to the couple, this was a day that followed its own path and did it flawlessly.

With multiple locations across the city and a relaxed, non traditional timeline, the whole day felt effortlessly stylish from start to finish. It’s always a pleasure to capture something a little different, and this wedding delivered in every possible way.

A Philippine–British fusion wedding in Chester.

Patrick and Roselle, two people who found each other and created a day that felt completely their own. Surrounded by family and close friends, it was full of warmth, culture, and genuine connection.

If you haven’t got tambourines at your wedding we ain’t coming! Absolutely loved this fun idea for the entry to your wedding breakfast - clapping is overrated anyway! Shake it like a Polaroid picture!

Natasha and Daniel’s day at the beautiful Styal Lodge was nothing short of magical. From the very beginning, there was a warmth in the air that you could feel in every moment. It was so special to return to such a stunning venue, but even more special to witness a love like theirs fill the space so effortlessly.

Their personal vows were truly unforgettable. Words spoken straight from the heart, full of meaning, tenderness and promise. Two people so perfectly matched, so completely certain in one another. The kind of love that feels both grounding and extraordinary all at once.

“It took me 46 years, but now I have everything I could ever dream of.”
As Gareth stood and spoke those words to Danielle, you could feel the weight of every year that led him to that moment. Every twist, every turn, every high and every low — all of it guiding him here. To her. To this life they’ve built together. To their beautiful family.
Some things are worth the wait.
As the day unfolded, laughter filled every corner. From the moment we arrived, Danielle and Gareth welcomed us like old friends. Their groomsmen kept everyone smiling — the kind of energy that reminds you weddings aren’t just about love, but about the people who have walked beside you along the way.
And then came the evening.
The sun began to fall behind Merrydale, wrapping everything in the most incredible orange glow. For a few quiet moments, time seemed to slow. The light softened, the air stilled, and Danielle and Gareth simply stood together — exactly where they were always meant to be.
We’ve loved photographing and filming at Merrydale for over ten years, and evenings like this remind us why. We can’t wait to return again this season.

We truly had the most blissful day with K + J and their wonderful family and friends.
It was completely idyllic. Katie did an incredible job styling her wedding day, from her stunning crown to the perfectly considered table décor and beautiful colour coordination. The cakes and sweet treats looked unbelievable—my only regret was not getting to sample one before they were calling my name.
One of my highlights of the day was capturing the children running in the low evening sun, their hair glowing gold as they laughed and played, having the best time. Oh, to be a carefree kid again.
Thank you so much for choosing us to photograph and film your day. You truly are the sweetest of souls and so deserving of the most perfect celebration.

We have almost made it through January. Congratulations all. What a dark and cold one it has been to grin and bear.

In complete contrast, here is a day filled with pure joy to look back on. Midsummer night energy, glitter balls catching the late afternoon sun, lakeside dancing, and a celebration drenched in love and kisses.

When two people are this unmistakably in love, capturing it becomes effortless. Every moment simply flows.

This was also our first time filming at Lake Henry, and it is safe to say we cannot wait to return.

We hope this brings a little warmth to your evening and reminds you that brighter days are never too far away.

Trying to capture everything that made 2025 special in under two minutes feels almost impossible.
What a year. What an extraordinary team.

Over 50 weddings documented through photography and film, more than 3000 miles travelled, 25TB of footage captured, and over 20 beautiful new venues discovered.

Every moment approached with care, intention and an uncompromising eye for detail.This year also saw our team grow to eight, allowing us to expand our offering with dedicated content creators and specialist drone services. Thoughtful additions designed to enhance the experience while staying true to our cinematic style.

We remain deeply grateful to our couples who place their trust in us to tell their story. It is a privilege to capture your day exactly as it unfolds, with sincerity, authenticity and cinematic storytelling at its core.

What a day! What a team!

Me and had the most incredible time photographing and filming these two absolute rays of sunshine! 🌞 What a joy it was to shoot at the beautiful — the staff were so warm and welcoming, and every detail from the flowers to the décor, makeup to hair, was simply beyond words.
A massive thank you to the amazing bridal team — if Carlsberg made bridesmaids, right? 💫 We all need a girl gang like this in our corner. Every moment, they were entirely focused on making sure Fides and Charles had the most magical, love-filled day. What a total dream team. 💛
