Wildflowers on film, double exposure 🌺🌼

I truly believe that all humans are creative and this is something we must nurture in ourselves. Cultivating a creative practice - whatever that looks like for you - is essential for survival. By survival I don’t just mean existing. I mean surviving and thriving, finding a deeper sense of belonging, sense of purpose, sense of joy, connection, not just with ourselves but with others. When we lose our way, creativity brings us back to ourselves.
