Stairway of a former Soviet-era administration building, somewhere in Georgia.

The central staircase hall features decorative plasterwork and neoclassical details. The split-flight staircase rises three floors in two symmetrical runs. Three tall arched windows frame the upper floor. Flaking pink paint coats the walls, and water ingress has exposed the wooden lath. Bas-relief panels depict stylised socialist realism.

Private apartments occupy the building, in the spaces that were once offices and admin spaces.
