Nearly finished editing this Sandon Hall wedding and I’ve really enjoyed going back through the gallery.

It was such a lovely day to photograph, relaxed, happy, and full of all the little in-between moments that make a wedding feel personal. Sandon Hall is such a beautiful Staffordshire wedding venue too, with so many great spots for natural photos without it ever feeling too formal or staged.

Final gallery is very nearly ready, and I can’t wait to send this one over.

Absolutely loved photographing Rachel & Charlie’s Jewish wedding yesterday at Stock Farm Barn in Cheshire.

A day full of colour, emotion, family, laughter and so much joy. From the beautiful ceremony inside the barn, to portraits in the Cheshire countryside, to the most incredible Israeli dancing, this wedding had such amazing energy from start to finish.

The dancing was definitely one of the highlights of the day. Everyone was up, hands joined, spinning, clapping, laughing and fully throwing themselves into the celebration. It was loud, joyful, chaotic in the best possible way, and such a brilliant thing to photograph. Those are always the moments I love most, real reactions, proper movement, and everyone completely caught up in the moment.

Stock Farm Barn was the perfect setting for it all, relaxed countryside views, a beautiful barn space and plenty of room for all the hugs, dancing, happy tears and celebrations.

Kat & Martin at The Lowry, Salford Quays, and what a day for it ☀️

Guests had travelled from far and wide to celebrate these two, and Manchester absolutely showed off. Sunshine on the Quays, drinks flowing, confetti flying, kilts everywhere, and The Lowry giving us all those bold colourful backdrops I love.

A proper joy-filled city wedding with the best mix of big laughs, emotional hugs, and everyone fully up for the party.

Lauren & Martin, round two 🤍

They did the official bit in Vegas a few years ago, but this weekend was all about bringing everyone together at Rylands Farmhouse in Wilmslow for the party, the vows, the sunshine… and the absolute heatwave.

31 degrees. No breeze. Full wedding outfits. Everyone still somehow looked amazing and partied hard 😂

Such a lovely, relaxed vow renewal with gorgeous gardens, a tipi full of greenery, big smiles, emotional moments and a proper “we finally get to celebrate with everyone” feeling.

Vegas may have had the wedding, but Rylands definitely got the party 🥂

Holly + Sam 🤍

Well this was an absolute belter of a wedding.

A gorgeous church wedding, followed by a full-on DIY farm reception at Sam’s family farm — hay bales, drapes, festival lights, a big BBQ, and the best countryside wedding vibes.

We had Holly’s horse casually joining in for photos, goats, dogs, and then… two surprise sheep as a wedding gift for Holly. Honestly, more weddings should come with surprise sheep.

Then we nipped across the road into Sam’s barley field — grown by him — for some golden, summery portraits, which made it all feel even more personal.

A proper fun, relaxed, family farm wedding with animals, hay bales, BBQ smoke, pink lights and a lot of laughter. Holly and Sam, what a day! 🐴🐐🐑

Bridal preparations 🫶

I absolutely love spending the morning with the bridal party — getting to know everyone, drinking several coffees, helping where I can, and quietly capturing all the little moments as they unfold.

I’ll be dipping in and out with my camera while you’re being pampered, keeping things relaxed and unobtrusive so you can just enjoy the excitement of the morning.

Clare and her girls were an absolute joy to spend the morning with — all smiles, excitement and laughter from start to finish.

Catherine & Matthew at Sandon Hall 🤍

A venue that just keeps giving. From that iconic staircase to the light-filled conservatory and those endless gardens… it’s no surprise Sandon Hall is one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Staffordshire.

Catherine absolutely lit up every part of the day, big smiles, zero stress, fully soaking it all in. And Matthew… quietly taking it all in, then that look when he saw her 🥹

We had everything here, emotional first hugs, portraits with their dog (always a yes from me) and of course that grand staircase entrance moment!

What I love about Sandon Hall is how it manages to feel both grand and relaxed. It’s a proper stately home (it’s actually been in the same family since the 1700s 👀) but it never feels stiff or formal – just full of character and light and really good energy.

Clare & Louis ♥️

Just down the road and one of my regular spots, but somehow Morley’s Hall Barn never gets old. Every wedding here feels completely different, and this one was all about pure joy.

Louis couldn’t stop looking at Clare all day and Clare couldn’t stop smiling all day (literally… not an exaggeration) and once she hit the dancefloor, that was it—no one was getting her off it 💃🏻

That just-married feeling ✨

Olivia & Sean walking back down the aisle at The Out Barn in Clitheroe, surrounded by the biggest smiles (and the loudest cheers). This is why I love what I do, no posing, no fuss… just real moments as they happen.
