I took this photograph back in November 2021. I had been for a mooch around Flatford and could see that it was going to be a particularly vivid sunset. The views of St Mary's in Dedham down in the Vale are stunning and at this time of year the sun sets further West (not entirely sure that is the correct terminology) perfect for this view point. With a mist drawing in and the sun below the horizon the sunset was soon over and the darkness swiftly set in.

I was lucky enough to happen across some large Wasp spiders along the coastal path down at Hamford earlier this year. They are a relatively new arrival to the UK and although I have seen one or two down along the banks of the Stour I haven't seen quite so many as I did strolling along down to Irlam's! Wow they were abundant and a stunning sight 😁🕷

I took this photograph one morning way back in August 2021. This is one of my favourite spots to catch a quick break, have a stroll along the river bank and just breathe in the surroundings. Its a beautiful spot to sit on a bench and gather your thoughts, or ponder life or just to gaze at the view 😍

I took this photograph on a bright sunny morning back in late September at Tollesbury marshes. I was blessed with high tide showing off the marsh in all its glory and these beautiful clouds which just added to the sense of vastness you get as you walk along here. I spent the whole day walking around the Blackwater reserve along the coast and it is simply stunning. Bliss 🙏

I have so many photographs to upload I have no idea where to start! So to start off I took this photograph at one of my favourite spots along the Essex coast way back during the summer. I do love a shipwreck and this one at Beaumont quay rests in the most idyllic off settings. Interestingly the stone that makes up the quay is from the old London Bridge. You could not pick a more beautiful, quiet walk along the back marshes here along to Landermere and beyond. Bliss 😁
