Bespoke personalised & quote pictures are custom made using the details provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure the information given is correct at time of ordering as they cannot be corrected afterwards and are not eligible for refund. For names please give the exact spelling. Once you place an order for a personalised picture containing photographs I will contact you by email to provide you with all the necessary information to sending them to us for processing. Please allow 7 days for your personalised or quote picture to be made. For personalised pictures containing photographs it will be within 7 days upon successful delivery of your photographs to us. For pictures containing photographs you agree only to send to us images in which you own the copyright (e.g. you took the photographs or they were taken with your permission with your camera) or images which you are authorised to send to us. You agree not to send us any images which may be objectionable and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. By sending us your photographs you agree we may edit and print those images to create your personalised picture, we may need to exercise a degree of license to crop and edit images to fit and to achieve the very best results. Please note all stated sizes are pretty accurate, but due to the nature of making customised products by hand and one by one, there may be marginal size differences in the finished item to the sizes quoted. Any picture can be made in a few different shapes, if there is a design or format you would prefer please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
