Trying to get a little community spirit going here with all our local businesses - please read (and show us all some love or a like - you have no idea how much it helps us!)

In these difficult times, It’s been great to see communities coming together. We are very lucky that we can continue to do what we do with our fitness and nutrition programmes online to help support people through this time. Obviously, not all businesses can do this, such as massage, beauty, hairdressing & Cafe’s.
So, I asked our members on our 40+ Ladies Kickstart Programme to name some local businesses who we could work with and perhaps help out a little.
