My newborn sessions are relaxed and completely baby-led. There’s no pressure for your baby to sleep or behave a certain way — we simply follow their pace while I capture your baby and the natural moments between you as a family.

My studio turns 2 today! 🥂🤍

Two years ago I opened the doors to this little space in Melrose, and seeing what it has become makes me incredibly happy.

But the story started long before the studio. I’ve been photographing for 29 years, working with professional equipment for 17 years, photographing families since 2009 and weddings since 2017.

Over the last two years this studio has welcomed newborn babies, growing families, little ones celebrating milestones, couples and so many familiar faces coming back again. 🤍

Thank you to every single person who has trusted me with their memories, recommended me, shared my work or simply supported my little business.

Here’s to year 3. 🥂✨

Sometimes I’m settling your baby so you can have a little breather.
Sometimes I’m cleaning a wedding dress, travelling to your favourite place, or hiking up a hill with my camera. 😂

Whatever the session or celebration, my job isn’t just to take beautiful photos.

It’s to help you feel comfortable, look after the little things and let you actually enjoy the moment while I capture it.

Those tiny fingers, sleepy cuddles and little expressions change so quickly. 🤍 Newborn photography is about capturing all those beautiful details while they’re still so wonderfully small.

My newborn sessions are relaxed, baby-led and completely unhurried. There’s plenty of time for feeding, changing, cuddles and settling your baby — we simply follow their lead.

There’s something so special about those first few weeks — tiny fingers, sleepy cuddles and all those little details you wish you could freeze in time.

This gorgeous little man was so peaceful during his newborn session, especially snuggled up with his little teddy 🧸💙

Newborn sessions are relaxed, baby-led and never rushed, with plenty of time for cuddles, feeding and settling.

I was really hoping to watch the solar eclipse from the sky, somewhere above Barcelona 🌒✈️☀️

Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, so instead of seeing it from my window seat, I ended up watching it from Barcelona Airport. 😅

Not quite the view I had imagined, but still such an incredible experience and definitely a memorable way to end my holiday. ❤️

One of my favourite little moments from Games Week ❤️

I spotted this young boy during the Retreat, completely captivated by the bagpipes. 🎶 He absolutely loves them and is patiently waiting for the day he’s old enough to join the band himself. 🥹

Something tells me this won’t be the last time I photograph him at Games Week… maybe one day he’ll be the one marching through the streets with the band. ❤️

It’s little moments and stories like this that make Games Week so special. 📸
