📸 A little thought for the future…

As Mark Robinson Visuals continues to grow, one thing I’m considering for the future is building a small team of trusted second photographers to work alongside me on weddings and larger events.

It’s not something I’ll be introducing just yet, but I’d be interested in hearing from photographers who think this might be something they’d enjoy in the future.

Behind the scenes from a fitness photoshoot in Stoke-on-Trent with Michael Purdie and his clients at Karl Morris Photography.

It was great to see the confidence grow throughout the shoot and all the hard work starting to pay off.

A big milestone for Mark Robinson Visuals — my first dedicated wedding videography booking is officially secured for 2027.

I’m really looking forward to capturing the day through natural, cinematic video and continuing to grow the videography side of MRV.

📢 **Event Update**

Please note that this week's Darlington Trail **Riverside Trail 10K** has been postponed.

The event will now take place on **Wednesday 22nd**.

*Riverside Trail 10k*

POSTPONED

As I mentioned in our last post, if England were to qualify for the Semi-Final we would be postponing the run, however do not despair if you can’t make the run next week, simply do a virtual run around the river starting at the purple bridge, don’t worry about the extra bits after the bridge you cross, just keep running the laps until you hit 10k and then send me the screenshot.

As always at our 10k events, every runner will be collecting a goody bag including medal.

A lovely evening spent at South Gare with Stephen & Amanda ahead of their wedding next month. 📸

Pre-wedding shoots are a great chance to get to know each other before the big day, helping everyone feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.

Despite the cloud rolling in, we still found some beautiful light and made the most of everything South Gare has to offer. It was great chatting, having a few laughs and capturing some natural moments together.

Stephen and Amanda were an absolute pleasure to photograph, and I'm really looking forward to capturing their wedding on 15th August.

7 months of Mark Robinson Visuals 📸

I meant to do a 6-month update... but life got busy, so here's a 7-month one instead!

Back in December, I made the decision to finally push my photography business after more than 15 years behind the camera. It's been a busy and rewarding first half of 2026, and I genuinely couldn't have done it without the support I've received along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who has booked me, trusted me, recommended me, liked and shared my posts, or simply helped spread the word. Every bit of support has meant a lot.
