Meet gorgeous Pip, we met on a beautiful day up at Cleveleys Beach (lets not talk about the tide, just dont ever believe what you read online about high tides lol)
Pip (originally called Peaches by RSPCA staff) was one of 5 lurcher puppies abandoned in Bullough Park in Accrington. The pups were found in a crate/box by police.
They were approx 10 to 12 weeks old when found. There were 4 females and 1 male. 3 of the pups were sent to RSPCA Hull. Pip and her sister, Ellie (now Nellie) went to the East Lancs branch. Pip was the last of the 5 to find her forever home.
Jenna told me "Pip is the most affectionate little girl. The first time we met her, at the RSPCA centre, she put both front paws around my neck and hugged me so tightly. She absolutely loves the beach, running free off lead to stretch her long lurcher legs!
She has healed our hearts. We lost our 15 year old Cocker Spaniel, Millie, 4 years ago and didn't think we could ever go through the grief again. But then we realised that we could give a dog in need a home, a decided that the rescue route was for us. So we rescued her, but really, she rescued us." Meet Bruce, Pearl and Zola who travelled all the way from Scotland for their shoot. What can i say about this lovely trio. Paula told me "although he finds life quite scary, bruce tries his best to be brave!
Despite his start to life and that we suspect hes been beaten, he absolutely adores people and loves nothing more than cuddles and bum scartches! (And food!) hes now in training to be a blood donor. He is resident wild child! Although he's not a fan of dogs he doesn't know, he loves his friends and once he's friends with a dog he remembers them for life!
Pearl came quite timid, despite being well loved she hadnt known life outside breeding and racing. She has now learned the fun of adventures and is now a pets as therapy dog. She loves a good cuddle and to snuggle up under a blanket/duvet.
Zola came to me super anxious and wary of people and life. We were told she hated the vet and wasn't keen on strangers! She's now recently retired as a blood donor having donated enough to help save over 50lives! She is also a therapy dog and loves her visits to primary schools, children's hospices and travelling Scotland for events! She loves cuddles and would rather a belly rub than a treat!
She's my number one girl and we've done a bit of everything together - including obedience (which she hated) agility (which she hated even more!) and mantrailing (which she LOVED). My verdict they are beautiful chaos had such fun with them on the shoot
and was so grateful for them travelling all that way esp when i found out what nightmare they had on their return trip! If you want to apply for the project please visit link in bio

Meet Willow and Pebbles, we had a lovely shoot up at the boat graveyard in Skippool, what an interesting place, loved it. You could see the lovely relationship between Paula, Willow and Pebbles straight away. Paula told me "Willow is my world. When she first came to me she was over stimulated by life. She would zig zag on the lead, try and run into the road, hedges, run after anyone who had a ball. She loves to train, loves to please, now has excellent recall, walks to heel and has a repertoire of tricks.
I am a dog walker and dog trainer. Willow helped on my journey to become a dog trainer and accompanied me on my training courses in Wales. Willow comes on my walks with me, the other dogs all adore her and look up to her.
She demos all of my training classes, shows the puppies and owners how it's done.
Willow has starred in a local stage production of 'Annie' where she played Sandy the dog. Willow has struggled with noise sensitivity but she absolutely loved being on stage and played her role to perfection.
I fostered a shih tzu who's owners had passed away, and Willow was instrumental in helping Pebbles settle. So much so that Pebbles ended up staying! She has been the best big sister helping Pebbles come out of her shell.
Without her, I wouldn't be where I am now. If you have a rescue dog and would like to be part of this special project please get in touch

Meet Mabel and Alfred, Alfred was rescued from a kill shelter in Romania, Danielle told me "I dont know anything about his backstory, only that he was sent to a kill shelter in Romania because of his old age. I adopted him when he was 11. They said he was very quiet and never barked or anything, When he first came he i thought he was mute. From my other dog Mabel he learnt to find his voice and barks and grumpy sighs now. He has slowly learnt cuddles although he wont stay settled for long" Alfred and Mabel were absolutely lovely and you could see how well they got on with each other. Danielle told me its a joy to see him so happy, even though he can be grumpy, hes still a loveable old man. Meet Jack, gorgeous little boy, full of life. He was my third shoot for the rescue project. We met on St Annes beach in what should have been a dry day, soon as we stepped on the beach, the heavens opened, but that didnt stop Jack doing his zoomies and loving life! Tricia rehomed Jack from they are his 4th and final home, he is only 2 yrs old, but hes certainly landed on his paws with Tricia and family, you can tell how much they love eachother. Tricia told me From the moment we saw Jack's face - and those ears - on social media, we knew we had to apply for him. He loves long walks, water, and mud (the muddier the better). Thankfully he doesn't mind a bath and now heads straight upstairs to jump in when he gets home filthy.
Safe to say he now has his paws firmly under the table, and we can't wait to see what adventures the next few years bring.
